1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinkCheck ("the Service"), operated by PeachByteSolutions LLC, DBA PeachByte ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkCheck is an email and URL security analysis tool that helps users assess whether emails, links, or senders appear legitimate. The Service analyzes email headers, URL metadata, domain information, and other technical signals, and uses artificial intelligence to generate a security verdict.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service provides automated assessments intended to assist users in evaluating potential security threats. These assessments are informational only and do not constitute professional security advice.

We make no warranty or guarantee that:

• All threats will be detected
• Safe content will never be incorrectly flagged
• The AI-generated verdicts or summaries are error-free
• The Service will be available without interruption

You should always exercise your own judgment and consult qualified IT professionals for critical security decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit content for the purpose of harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests beyond the stated rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to facilitate phishing, fraud, or any illegal activity

5. Rate Limits

The Service imposes rate limits of 3 URL checks per IP address per 24-hour period and 3 email submissions per sender email address per 24-hour period. These limits may change at our discretion.

6. Email Submissions

When you forward an email to LinkCheck for analysis, you represent that you have the right to share that email for security analysis purposes. We process the email to extract headers, metadata, and content necessary for analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models used, and branding, is the property of PeachByteSolutions LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEACHBYTESOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeachByteSolutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
